How may hours will I need for regular cleaning?

Every home is different and we tailor each clean to suit the individual. Factors influencing the length of clean include; pets, young/teenage children, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms/floors and general usage.

As an approximate guide we base the number of hours on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms (excluding the cloakroom). For example*:

1/2 bedroom house, 1 bathroom = 2 hours
3 bedroom house, 1/2 bathroom = 3 hours
4 bedroom house, 2 bathroom = 4 hours
5 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms = 5 hours

*Based on a weekly clean assuming 2 floors and average usage. Fortnightly cleaning may require additional time.

Can I have fewer or more hours?

Yes. It may be possible to have less time but we use this as a guideline. We can rotate spare bedrooms/bathrooms/dining room or do a ”lighter” clean to reduce the cleaning time and concentrate on the areas of the house most used.

The minimum number of hours we provide is 2 hours for regular cleaning.

Do you provide all the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We provide all cleaning materials, mops and hoovers. We normally carry regular household named products but we also have a stock of specialist cleaning products. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will endeavour to bring these.

Do you provide cleaning services in my area?

We currently cover the Kings Hill / West Malling and local area for regular daily/weekly/fortnightly and monthly cleaning. We are generally happy to provide one-off, monthly, house moves / makeovers and spring cleans in a wider geographical area. Please call to see if we provide a cleaning service in your area.

Will I have the same cleaners?

Every effort is made to provide you with the same cleaner/s each time but we do reserve the right to substitute people to cover for holidays and absence. Generally you will have two cleaners but you can have one person if you prefer.

Are my cleaners vetted?

Yes. All members of our team are police checked via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and previous employment/personal references are taken.

Are you insured for my property and are my keys safe?

We are insured for your home and keys. The keys are locked away each night in a safe. We attach a coded reference number to each key which should be untraceable to your property should it be misplaced or dropped.

Can I have a one off clean to try your services?

Yes. We encourage customers to try our services to ensure that they are very satisfied with our cleaning service.

Can I chose which day and time I have?

Generally yes. Although our busiest days are usually Mondays and Fridays and sometimes there may be less availability in peak periods e.g. Christmas, bank holidays and during the summer months.

Is there a contract tying me in?

No. There is no contract to sign. All we ask is that if you have booked-in and need to cancel reasonable notice is given (usually 48 hours). Cancellation fees may be applied if short notice is given.

Can you provide existing clients as references?

Yes. We are more than happy to provide new customers with details of some of our existing customers to give them peace of mind. Many customers have rated us on Google.

How do I book my cleaning in?

We welcome your call on 07843 301140. Please leave a message out of normal hours and we will call you back the following working day. We can come to you home to provide with a more detailed quote or you can book your cleaning in and the manager will discuss your requirements in more detail on the day. You can choose which is most convenient for you.
