1. Pricing & Payment Terms
a) All prices are subject to change and are fully inclusive. Existing customers will be given 30 days notice of any price changes.
b) Payment method – Invoices must be paid in full by the due date printed on the invoice. This should be paid by internet/Bacs transfer direct into our bank account (our bank details are provided on the invoice) or cash if you prefer. We reserve the right to withhold cleaning services if the client’s account is not settled in full by the due date.
c) Minimum charge – For regular cleaning £50 (2 hours) and for one-off cleaning £100 (4 hours).

2. Cancellation
a) For client cancellations within 24 hours – 100% fee will be charged.
b) For client cancellations within 48 hours notice – 50% will be charged.
c) If we are unable to gain access to the property, as a result of client failure to make reasonable arrangements for access 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Kings Hill Cleaning is a reliable and trustworthy service. We will make every effort to attend on the agreed day. We will not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to fire, flood, exceptional traffic circumstances, power/water supply failures or adverse weather conditions e.g. snow, staff illness). We will use our best endeavours to arrange an alternative time suitable to both parties for the performance of our services.

3. The Contract/Termination
The client is required to give one month’s notice in writing if he/she would like to terminate their cleaning service with Kings Hill Cleaning (known as the “Company”). The client hereby agrees to both during the period of the service and upon termination of the services of the Company not to engage any employee of/or contractor providing services for Kings Hill Cleaning for a period of three months following termination. In the event that an employee or person who has provided services for the Company (during the previous three months) does supply cleaning or other services either directly or indirectly to the client either paid or unpaid, the client shall be liable for an Introduction Fee of £1,500 payable to Kings Hill Cleaning within 7 days. No refund of this fee will be paid in the event of the engagement subsequently ending.

4. Complaint/Compensation
In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received, you should contact Kings Hill Cleaning on 07843 301140 within 4 days. We will endeavour to ensure that your concerns and complaints are resolved quickly and amicably.
Damage to/loss of property - In the event of damage or loss as a result of negligence, the liability of Kings Hill Cleaning shall be limited (at Kings Hill Cleaning’s discretion) to repair or the replacement cost of the item, taking into account its age and condition. Kings Hill Cleaning shall not in any event be liable for loss of profit or consequential loss.
Any claim for compensation must be notified to Kings Hill Cleaning as soon as possible and in any event within 4 days of the damage occurring.
